Collaborative Divorce may be the right choice if:
- You need some emotional/legal/financial support and advice to make decisions.
- You or your spouse needs education in the law, finances or parenting before being able to make any decisions.
- You and your spouse have some history of being able to reach joint decisions, even if you can't do it now.
- You want to determine what your life will look like after divorce.
- You want to maintain some form of relationship with your spouse for the sake of your children.
